About The Role We are implementing Workday as our core HR system in Germany, with a clear ambition to scale the solution globally in the future. To support this transformation, we are looking for a working student who want hands-on exposure to a real HR technology and change initiative. Not just observation, but execution.
You will work directly with the Workday implementation lead and functional stream leads and contribute to system testing, change and communication activities, and end-user support materials.
Your Responsibilities
You Will Support The Implementation Mainly Across Four Areas Workday system testing (approx. 30%)
Change & communication support (approx. 20%)
Documentation & help content (approx. 25%)
General project support (approx. 25%)
Essential Skills
Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in:
Economics, HR, Work & Organisational Psychology, Change Management, or related fields
Strong English writing and communication skills (working language is English, however your supervisor and most of the internal project team will be fluent in German)
Ability to manage deadlines and escalate proactively and early when issues arise
Structured, self-driven working style
