Workday Consultant – Strada Global (EMEA, Virtual) Join Strada Global and shape a brighter future!

Strada Global is currently seeking Workday Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will help deliver innovative, high-impact solutions to our clients. This is a home-based position with travel to client sites (up to 40%).

Your Impact as a Workday Integration Consultant

• Serve as a hands-on expert in Workday’s core integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and design, build, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable Workday integrations.

Your Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XSD, and web service technologies
• Fluenct English skills
• Experience deploying and supporting Workday integrations in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Familiarity with HR and Financial systems integration, ideally within Workday
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring or training others in Workday integration is a plus
