Job Title: Workday Data Analyst
Location: Northern Chicago, IL - 100% onsite - Local candidates only
Period: 6 month contract - Strong potential for extension and/or direct hire
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $50/hour + performance-based bonus

Scope of Services:
The Workday Data Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and management of data within the Workday system. The role involves supporting data entry, business processes, and reporting while working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks. This position requires an individual with prior exposure to Workday, capable of quickly adapting to the organization's business processes with minimal training. Additionally, the role will require regular audits, data validation, and report generation.
A critical component of the position is cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that data management processes align with both operational and HR needs. Proficiency in German, French, or Italian is highly desirable to support international teams or global clients, aiding in communication and ensuring efficient data management in multilingual environments.
