Read and record water meter readings accurately
Install, replace, and repair water meters as needed
Connect and disconnect water service for customers
Work delinquent accounts, including leaving notices and disconnecting service when necessary
Serve as the first line of response for maintenance and operations crews; investigate service line and main line leaks
