Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Warehouse Associate - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in bridging hands-on warehouse expertise with next-generation artificial intelligence systems. In this unique, fully remote position, you will leverage your operational knowledge to train and improve AI models that support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide detailed insights on inventory and stock management workflows.
- Analyze and annotate real-world warehouse scenarios to train AI models for accuracy and efficiency in logistics tasks.
- Document shipping and receiving processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Simulate and review equipment operation tasks to inform AI system development and testing.
- Contribute to the design of virtual warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization and safety, guided by your practical experience.
- Deliver clear and actionable written and verbal feedback to enhance AI understanding of warehouse best practices.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with the customer’s team to ensure AI solutions align with real-world operations.
