Your Role

At Loki Robotics, every action you take with our robots helps build the intelligence that drives them. As a Robot Operator, you’ll guide our systems through real cleaning tasks, creating the demonstrations that teach our AI how to handle complex, everyday environments.

This role puts you right at the intersection of human skill and machine learning - your input directly shapes the robots that will redefine cleaning in airports, schools, offices, and beyond. Among other things, you will:

• use and deploy the robot within testing and real-world deployment environments
• supervise, test and report robot’s performance
• collaborate with the engineering team to improve robot’s performance on a daily basis
• take charge of deployment operations

Qualifications

You:

• are authorized to be gainfully employed in Switzerland
• have a B category driver's license valid in Switzerland
• consider yourself having high accountability and integrity
• have excellent communication skills in English
• are excited about robotics and automation
• have worked in a high-responsibility, forward-deployed or customer-facing role before
• (bonus) have actively played virtual reality (VR) games or been a power-user of VR apps

Schedule

You will be working on shifts between 6-8 hours, anywhere between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, depending on the week.
