We now have an exciting opportunity to join a rapid growth company that is significantly changing the way pharmaceutical companies collect and analyse field insights, quantifying and benchmarking field execution quality in real time. Now, we’re looking for a VP, US Client Relations

to help lead our US growth journey and become a trusted strategic partner to some of the world’s most influential pharmaceutical organisations.

What You’ll Be Responsible for:

This is a senior, high-impact role combining new business growth with strategic account expansion. You’ll be instrumental in building ADVANCE®AI’s presence in the US — opening doors, winning new clients, and helping existing partners unlock even greater value from our platform. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success, regional leadership, and global teams to ensure every program delivers meaningful insight, measurable impact, and exceptional client experience. As ADVANCE ® AI is a growing organisation, the client focus will be broad but over time will develop to an extent where the role will focus in working with specific key clients and prospecting a small group of other clients.

• Driving US business growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
• Identifying and engaging senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, SFE, medical excellence, and executive leadership
• Leading complex sales cycles — from discovery through diligence to contract signature
• Acting as a trusted partner to clients, helping them understand and act on AI-driven insights
• Collaborating closely with Customer Success to tailor program scope and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
• Being part of quarterly business reviews and supporting long-term strategic planning
• Working cross-functionally across a global matrix organisation to align strategy, delivery, and growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven senior sales leader with a strong “hunter” mindset and track record of success
• Deep credibility within pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and/or medical organisations
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
• Highly results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating under pressure
• Strong analytical ability — spotting trends, making connections, and telling the story behind the data
• Able to build trust quickly and develop long-lasting, commercially successful client relationships
• Experience with tech or SaaS solutions
