We are seeking a highly organized and proactive VP, Sales to help drive health system, heath center and private practice customer acquisiton and sales within a growing healthcare startup. This role sits at the center of the organization, supporting new sales and post sales workflows, partnerships, communications, and program delivery while helping leadership translate priorities into action. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is comfortable working across operations, business development, marketing, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and takes ownership of delivering measurable results. This position is in person and part-time initially, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on mutual need and performance.

**Job Requirements Please do not apply unless you meet criteria 1–6.**
8–12+ years in enterprise healthcare sales, with a strong track record selling into ACOs, health systems, or payer-provider organizations
Deep understanding of value-based care, Medicare, and population health models
Proven ability to close complex deals with C-suite stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles
Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, building pipeline/processes, ground up
Strong network across c-suite at health system, ACO, and digital health leadership, with ability to generate warm introductions
High comfort with technology and productivity tools, including AI tools, CRM systems, EMR platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Calendly, and Slack
**Job Responsibilities**
Own and drive enterprise sales strategy targeting C-suite leaders (CEO, CMO, CFO, Population Health) across ACOs, health systems, and FQHCs
Build and convert a high-value pipeline of clinical partners, leading deals from initial outreach through MOU execution in a timely manner to meet milestones
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, aligning clinical, financial, and operational decision-makers
Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure customer success and growth
