Who you are - 15+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership, including experience managing senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams - Proven success leading AI product development—including generative AI (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering) and natural language processing (NER, classification, summarization, embeddings) - Strong experience deploying ML systems in production, including recommender systems, LLMs, and agentic systems - Deep expertise in applied machine learning and statistical modeling in production environments, including recommender systems, time series prediction, and personalization - Track record of building AI-native or AI-led products that drive customer and business value - Prior experience working in B2B SaaS and/or Martech is strongly preferred - Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize and balance long-term vision with near-term impact- while aligning senior stakeholders to drive action and sustainable results - Technical knowledge in modern ML toolkits, MLOps platforms, and cloud-based data architectures (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Kubernetes, etc.) - Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to influence across product, engineering, and C-level stakeholders -
