Andesite is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead product development efforts. Responsibilities include leading product engineering across frontend, backend, and AI capabilities; developing engineering roadmaps and operations plans; growing a team of software engineers and data scientists from about 20 to at least double within 12 months; managing development and operations for a fast-growing enterprise product supporting diverse deployment environments; collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions aligned with company strategy; and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have experience scaling startup engineering organizations to 50+ employees, delivering AI products at scale across multiple technologies, strong operational and team-building skills, technical depth with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cybersecurity and generative AI. Experience with generative AI solutions and familiarity with security concepts and tools is a plus.
