This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lausanne, with flexibility for partial remote work. The VLSI Circuit Design Engineer will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art on-chip memory technologies. Key responsibilities include designing VLSI circuits, conducting research to optimize designs, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on architecture and graphic design elements to enhance memory performance and efficiency.

Expertise in VLSI design, including Architecture and advanced circuit design principles
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for circuit design and verification
Experience in Graphic Design and Graphics related to hardware development
Strong research skills to innovate and optimize semiconductor technologies
Solid understanding of semiconductor processes and on-chip memory design is preferred
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
