Company Description
RAAAM Memory Technologies is pioneering the next generation of on-chip memory technology in the semiconductor industry, offering up to 50% area reduction and up to 10X power efficiency compared to traditional SRAM solutions. Their silicon-proven and patented technology serves as a drop-in SRAM replacement, leveraging only standard CMOS fabrication processes. With applications in AI/ML, automotive, HPC, and memory-dominated domains, RAAAM empowers semiconductor companies to enhance performance, reduce fabrication costs, and improve chip yield. Additionally, their innovations help extend Moore’s Law for on-chip memories in advanced processes where conventional SRAM scaling has stagnated.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lausanne, with flexibility for partial remote work. The VLSI Circuit Design Engineer will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art on-chip memory technologies. Key responsibilities include designing VLSI circuits, conducting research to optimize designs, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on architecture and graphic design elements to enhance memory performance and efficiency.
