• Drive the attention strategy: You’ll shape and execute the plan for how we break through the noise, from positioning to campaigns to unconventional stunts.
• Bring fresh ideas, daily: You’ll constantly push new concepts, formats, and angles to get people talking about our work.
• Organic + viral growth: Build and run campaigns designed for organic reach, shareability, and earned media.
• Launches that spread: Architect and execute product and company launches that catch fire across social, press, communities, and industry circles.
• Hands-on creation: Write, design, film, edit, publish — you’re not just directing; you’re building.

The annual compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $1,000,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
