We’re seeking an experienced Videographer to own filming and visual capture at Sintra, creating high-quality, dynamic footage that becomes the foundation for ads, product videos, and performance content.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Film and edit high-quality content for marketing use cases.
• Own the on-set setup: camera, framing, lighting, and movement.
• Capture footage designed for performance and iteration (not one-off hero videos).
• Collaborate with video editors and motion designers to ensure footage is edit- and ad-ready.
• Experiment with different filming styles, setups, and compositions to support testing and scale.
• Maintain a consistent visual quality and style across shoots.

🎯 Requirements:

• Strong hands-on ability to film properly, with solid technical and visual foundations.
• Clear understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and camera movement.
• Comfortable filming content that feels natural, dynamic, and modern
• Experience or strong intuition for performance-oriented footage (usable for ads and social).
• Comfortable working with raw, modern, product-first aesthetics.
• Experience filming short-form, vertical, social-first content.
