We’re seeking an experienced Video Editor who lives and breathes performance content, someone who knows how to turn raw footage and assets into engaging ads that stop the scroll and drive results.

We’re not here to make pretty ads - we make ads that perform. Our creative team is the engine behind growth, transforming insights into campaigns that stop the scroll and drive conversions.You’ll join a small, fast-moving team that values experimentation, iteration, and speed.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Edit high-performing video ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok etc.).
• Build and test different hooks, CTAs, formats, and narratives to improve performance.
• Iterate creatives quickly based on performance data and feedback.
• Adapt content for different platforms, placements, and audiences.
• Collaborate closely with creative, performance, and product teams to align video with funnel goals.
• Maintain a fast, performance-oriented editing workflow without sacrificing quality.

🎯 Requirements:

• Hands-on experience editing performance-driven ads
• Proven experience with Meta and TikTok ad formats
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs that drive performance
• Ability to iterate and improve ads based on performance data
• Comfortable working with platform-native, fast-paced formats
• Solid experience working independently in Adobe After Effects
