This leader will orchestrate synergies and leverage collaborative best practices to fuel the growth agenda for the US business.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision and Accelerated Growth:
• Lead the strategic vision of the Out-of-Home Sales channel, driving accelerated growth, and market expansion through innovative go-to-market strategies and solutions.
• Partnership Development and Relationship Amplification:
• Cultivate dynamic partnerships, build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, and spearhead business expansion in key channels including, noncommerical, non-traditional retail, s, and traditional food service.
• Team Leadership and Empowerment:
• Empower and lead a high-performing team of Out-of-Home team, turning their potential into performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Innovative Sales Planning and Execution:
• Drive innovative sales planning, monitor demand forecasting accuracy, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve volume and trade spend targets for the Out-of-Home Sales channel.
• Strategic Influence and Collaborative Vision:
• Champion strategic influence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide thought leadership to align professional objectives with the strategic vision of Out-of-Home Sales. Ability to influence and present to the US Leadership Team.

Qualifications And Required Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of successful food service sales experience, with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, execution, and relationship management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute an effective channel strategy and drive the strategic direction of the Out-of-Home Team within the organization, aligning them with overall business objectives.
• Excellent management and communication skills, ability to drive and coach a team in a complex multi-cultural environment.
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and management skills with the ability to drive accountability and foster a climate of excellence.
• Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to engage, coach, and motivate a team to achieve business growth and success.
• Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and a passion to drive closure and deliver exceptional results.

Working Conditions: Work is performed both on the road as well as in a home office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week. There will be some variation in work hours due to, sales calls, broker planning meetings, special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Travel will be required potentially up to 75%.

Total Rewards

• Base Salary: $235,000 - $265,000
• Bonus Opportunity: 30%
