Job Description Join Fidelity Private Shares and become a key part of the team that is tackling the real-world complexity of back-office operations for venture capital fund administration. We are building a platform to deliver seamless, accurate, and expert fund administration services that empower our VC clients to focus on what they do best: investing.
The Role Fidelity is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to help define a new product offering and serve VC clients in their fund accounting and administration. The ideal candidate will have a start-up mentality with an interest in building a digital-forward solution for fund administration, an expertise in VC Fund Accounting with excellent client engagement.

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-226,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
