Role Overview
As the Vice President - Finance at Frinks.AI, you will be responsible for leading all financial operations and strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and driving growth through sound financial planning. You will work closely with the leadership team to manage capital, oversee international financial operations, and ensure compliance with both Indian and U.S. financial regulations. Key Responsibility 2025
• Lead the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit functions.
• Manage cross-border transactions, including import-export operations and foreign exchange compliance.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, Indian accounting standards, and international tax regulations.
• Establish internal controls and risk management systems to safeguard company assets.
• Develop and implement fundraising, investment, and cash flow management strategies.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage investor relations, banking relationships, and external partnerships.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure strong execution and governance
Key Requirements
• 6 to 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a U.S.-based or U.S. focused organization.
• Strong understanding of international finance, import-export operations, and global compliance standards.
• CA, CPA, CMA or MBA (Finance) qualification preferred. • Proven track record in managing financial planning, audits, and investor reporting.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
• Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional and global teams.
