Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in enterprise and corporate sectors.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and manage leads effectively.
Product Pitching & Demonstration
- Present and explain AI software, video analytics, CCTV, and surveillance solutions.
- Conduct product demos and client meetings (virtual or in-person).
- Understand customer requirements and suggest customized solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support coordination.
Sales Closure & Targets
- Assist in proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
Required Skills
- Basic experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, CCTV/video surveillance.
- Good understanding of enterprise sales processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Video Analytics, CCTV systems, IP cameras, or security solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-based products or SaaS platforms.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g.,Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
