As a Verint Reports Engineer, you will support the development and deployment of custom Verint and Five9 VO reporting solutions for our clients. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to collect requirements, build and test SQL-based reports, and ensure successful implementation in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and refining reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Verint WFO data.
- Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Five9 VO data.
- Collaborate with Sales, PS, and Support teams on report design and delivery.
- Participate in maintaining a reusable library of custom reports and templates.
- Troubleshoot and debug scripts with support from senior team members.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of development experience.
- Solid understanding of Verint WFO / Five9 VO products and data structure.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with query tuning.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work independently while accepting guidance.

- Meets delivery timelines for small to mid-size report requests.
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

The US base salary range for this role is below. $82,300—$228,800 USD
