Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling, choosing the right tools and methods to address business challenges.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to specific use cases.
• Implement algorithms and models in production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency for large-scale data.
• Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning developments, proactively identifying opportunities to apply new techniques across various projects.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within our data science frameworks and processes.

Qualifications:

• MSc or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Cybernetics, Computer Science , or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis .
• Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to multiple end-to-end data science projects.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and related libraries.
• Experience with big data processing , model deployment, and production-level ML applications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and provide data-driven perspectives.
• Passion for building elegant, simple solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Must be based in the Oslo area , Norway.
