Develop and implement with the incubation management the market, business and advanced service strategy and action-plan for the venture towards optimization of market potential, break-even point and return on invest; drive and monitor progress.
Develop and implement together with the realization management and operative functions the unified and standardized procedures that ensure service scalability.
Provide development teams within creation with adequate, well-formulated market requirements for most effective and targeted development.
Communicate and collaborate with Back-office functions to ensure business continuity.
