Position Overview
The Forrest Group is seeking hardworking and reliable Vehicle Service Attendants (VSAs) to join our team at Hertz. This role focuses primarily on cleaning and preparing vehicles for rental customers. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize the interior of vehicles by wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming, removing trash, and preparing the cabin for rental.
- Fuel vehicles and ensure all necessary fluids are topped off.
- Drive vehicles through an automatic car wash.
- No exterior detailing is required. If a vehicle would take more than 15 minutes to clean, it is sent to a separate detailing company.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Report any vehicle issues, damages, or maintenance needs to management.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet performance targets.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand, walk, clean, and move vehicles for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Prior vehicle cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
