Job Description

• Participate in testing and validation activities for vehicle systems and attributes within the ESP project.
• Analyze technical requirements and support the development of test plans, test cases, test procedures, and evaluation criteria .
• Prepare test setups, measurement equipment, and vehicle/system test conditions to ensure test activities are executed as planned.
• Perform testing on bench, subsystem, or full vehicle level depending on project scope.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze test data; log defects/issues and support root cause analysis.
• Prepare test reports, summarize results, and provide recommendations for corrective or improvement actions when needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, validation, design, quality, and supplier teams to resolve issues identified during testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods, workflows, and technical deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics , or related fields.
• Basic understanding of automotive testing and validation , vehicle systems, or vehicle attributes.
