Participate in
testing and validation activities
for vehicle systems and attributes within the ESP project.
Analyze technical requirements and support the development of
test plans, test cases, test procedures, and evaluation criteria
.
Prepare test setups, measurement equipment, and vehicle/system test conditions to ensure test activities are executed as planned.
Perform testing on bench, subsystem, or full vehicle level depending on project scope.
Collect, monitor, and analyze test data; log defects/issues and support root cause analysis.
Prepare test reports, summarize results, and provide recommendations for corrective or improvement actions when needed.
Coordinate with engineering, validation, design, quality, and supplier teams to resolve issues identified during testing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods, workflows, and technical deliverables.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics
, or related fields.
Basic understanding of
automotive testing and validation
, vehicle systems, or vehicle attributes.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are highly preferred:

Vehicle Performance
Unstructured Testing

PQ / GDT

Good understanding of test processes, technical requirement interpretation, reporting, and issue tracking.
Familiarity with engineering tools such as
CAN tools, DAQ systems, Excel, MATLAB, Python
, or other related testing/measurement tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
Experience in
Automotive / OEM / Tier 1 / Validation / Testing
environments is preferred.
