Job Title: Validation Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a Validation Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to support validation activities in regulated environments. The role involves executing validation protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting quality and manufacturing processes.

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years of validation experience in regulated industry (Pharma / Medical Device / Life Sciences)
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation, Operational, Performance Qualification)
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11 / 21 CFR Part 820)
• Experience in validation documentation (URS, FRS, VMP, protocols, reports)
• Hands-on experience with equipment, process, or cleaning validation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment and processes
• Prepare and review validation documentation including URS, VMP, and reports
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements
• Perform risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate validation records and ensure audit readiness
