Our main goal is to guide and assist our customers in improving their business processes by using diverse and innovative technologies to deliver the most flexible and personalized solutions.

Currently, we are looking for a talented, passionate and results driven UX/UI Designer to join our team and work on projects for a major financial institution .

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer
Solid background in both UX and UI: from building personas, customer journeys and conducting research, to crafting high-level drafts and delivering refined, visually polished interfaces
Experience structuring Information Architecture for web portals, products or multi-page ecosystems

What We Consider a Plus

Experience in motion design, animations, and iconography

What You’ll Do

Conduct or leverage existing research to create personas, scenarios and complete user journeys
Support product direction by performing user and market research
Transform ideas into intuitive layouts, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes
Deliver pixel-perfect UI, ensuring consistency and alignment with the product’s look & feel
Provide clear, structured specifications and guidance to developers
Actively participate in all stages of the UX design process within an agile team
Work with an existing design system, contribute to its maintenance and help expand its components and foundations
Contribute to digital products in the banking, investment and beyond-banking domains
