In this role, you will support product and design teams by conducting lightweight, tactical research to guide decisions. * Plan and run , , and to gather timely user feedback on product features and experiences. * Partner with designers and PMs to that can clarify design direction. * Translate findings into and deliverables (e.g., slides, quick summaries, etc.) that teams can act on immediately. * Help teams make by embedding user feedback into product discussions and documentation. * Maintain and iterate on to help non-researchers run basic studies.
