What you will be doing:

• Lead strategic, explorative research to uncover key pain points and unmet needs of Board Members and C-Level users and
• Lead user and prospect recruiting and profiling to ensure the right participants are involved in each research activity
• Act as a central research partner for all product squads and relevant chapters
• Own and continuously improve Research Ops, including insight repositories, participant pools, and repeatable workflows
• Synthesize and communicate insights into clear, actionable narratives that drive alignment across teams
• Occasionally support opportunity validation, early concept testing, and usability research when needed
• Combine qualitative research and product analytics to understand problems and inform decisions
