We are an India-based company looking for an experienced U.S. Government procurement consultant to help us identify, prepare, and submit federal or state government bids.

We are specifically looking for a consultant/agency who can:

• Identify relevant RFPs/RFQs on SAM.gov and state portals
• Guide us on compliance, eligibility, and required documentation
• Prepare and support with proposal writing
• Manage bid submissions
• Work on a success-based commission model (20% after contract award)

This is a remote, long-term collaboration opportunity.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with U.S. Federal or State government procurement
• Knowledge of SAM.gov , FAR regulations, NAICS codes
• Strong proposal writing experience
• Experience handling bids for international clients preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet submission deadlines

Compensation:

• 20% success fee upon awarded contract
• Open to discussing additional long-term collaboration options
