We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating business opportunities through Upwork focusing on AI, custom software development, and IT-related projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of technical services, strong communication and writing skills, and a passion for achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and bid on relevant AI, IT, and software development projects through Upwork.
● Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
● Maintain and optimize the company’s Upwork profile to increase visibility and engagement.
● Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scopes and prepare accurate, compelling proposals.
● Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. ● Meet and exceed monthly and Quarterly targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● 6 months to I year of proven experience in Upwork (profile optimization, and bidding best practices) for lead generation.
● Strong understanding of technical services such as AI, SaaS and Custom Software development. ● Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
● Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools is a plus.
