As we continue to scale our platform and expand product capabilities, we're looking for Software Engineers across both frontend and backend to play a key role in building robust, scalable solutions. These are more than hands-on development roles — you'll influence technical direction, promote engineering excellence, and help grow the team through mentorship and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of core features in our SaaS products, working across frontend or backend depending on your strengths.
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to technical decisions, coding standards, and architectural improvements.
• Build reusable components and scalable solutions, whether that's APIs and data models or UI systems and interactive interfaces.

What We're Looking For:

If you're backend-leaning

• Prior significant experience working with Java 11, 17, or 21.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Capacity to use SQL databases or MongoDB with ease.
• Previous experience with microservices architectures with Kubernetes will be a big plus.
• Being proactive, innovative, and with ownership of assigned tasks.

If you're frontend-leaning

• Proven experience developing complex frontend applications using React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience optimising performance and maintaining accessibility standards.
• A proactive, structured, and mentoring attitude: you enjoy helping others grow.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or product-led company.
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks.

Across both tracks:

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you care about the outcome, not just the task.
• Effective and responsible adoption of AI tools within the Software Development Life Cycle, while retaining full control over code quality and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English.
