We are looking for a Mid-Level Unreal Developer to join our team and contribute to architectural projects and real-time applications. We are seeking a team member who can use Unreal Engine effectively in both technical and visualization-focused projects, including AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop real-time applications using Unreal Engine and AI tools
- Create interactive scenes and user experience flows
- Build systems using Blueprint and, when necessary, C++
- Integrate and optimize CAD / BIM / 3D model data into Unreal
- Work on lighting, materials, and rendering quality
- Perform performance optimization including FPS, memory, and draw calls
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and 3D artists
- Create technical documentation and maintain sustainable systems
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience with Unreal Engine
- Strong knowledge of Blueprint
- Experience with Unreal development using C++
- Solid understanding of real-time rendering, lighting, and material systems
- Familiarity with 3D asset pipelines such as 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, and SketchUp
- Experience with Datasmith or similar data integration workflows
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or Perforce
- Experience in performance optimization and debugging
- Clean coding practices and a modular system development approach
AI Tools – Required Skill Set
- Generative AI for assets: Experience using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or DALL·E to generate textures, HDRIs, or reference materials for Unreal
- AI-assisted coding: Practical use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT for writing or debugging Blueprint logic and C++ snippets
- AI upscaling & optimization: Familiarity with tools such as DLSS, FSR, or NVIDIA Omniverse AI denoisers for real-time performance improvements
- Prompt engineering: Ability to write structured prompts for generating materials or automating repetitive tasks, including workflows such as Stable Diffusion + Unreal Materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or local LLMs for dynamic UI or in-app assistance
- Knowledge of AI-based 3D reconstruction tools such as NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, or Luma AI for scanning architectural spaces
- Experience with ComfyUI or Automatic1111 for batch processing textures and masks
- Experience using Runway ML or Pika Labs for quick pre-visualization animations from sketches
- Experience in VR / AR projects
- Experience with UI development using Unreal UMG
- Knowledge of Python or pipeline automation
- Advanced knowledge of technical visualization and rendering pipelines
