About the Internship:

We are offering a Unpaid internship opportunity for talented Flutter developers who want to build production-ready applications and grow their skills in real-world environments. The role involves both remote work and occasional office presence (1-2 days per month), fostering collaboration and learning.

This internship is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience and are serious about becoming full-stack mobile app developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS platforms.

Integrate REST APIs and manage backend communications.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers for end-to-end development.

Participate in reviews, brainstorming sessions, and sprint planning.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a resident of Hyderabad.

Must have completed at least 1-2 real-time projects or during their Flutter Course.

Ability to work with source codes and complete modules within a short timeframe.

API development and integration experience is required.

Knowledge of MERN stack is a plus and preferred.

Candidates who demonstrate excellent speed and problem-solving ability may be considered for full-time roles post internship.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and Firebase.

Understanding of app lifecycle, state management (Provider, BLoC, etc.).

Basic to intermediate experience with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests.

Familiarity with Git and version control.

Good logical thinking, debugging skills, and willingness to learn.

Stipend:

This is an unpaid internship initially. However, based on your performance, speed, and quality of work, a performance-based stipend may be offered during the course of the internship. Exceptional candidates may be fast-tracked to full-time opportunities within Starkin Solutions.
