岗位职责 1. 参与公司内部研发平台及面向客户的产品界面设计与用户体验优化； 2. 配合AI、生物信息团队，将复杂算法与数据逻辑转化为直观的可视化界面； 3. 支持品牌数字化视觉资产的设计与落地，包括官网、H5、小程序、活动页等； 4. 理解和遵循现有设计规范，完成图标、插图、Banner等执行设计，并协助维护与迭代 Figma 组件库； 5. 参与产品设计到开发的全流程协作，确保设计方案的落地与多端适配。 任职要求 1. 设计相关专业在读（交互设计、UI/UX、视觉传达、数字媒体等优先），硕士研究生优先； 2. 熟练使用 Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator 等设计工具；了解 AI 生图/视频等新工具者加分； 3. 具备良好的审美与视觉表现力，对色彩、排版、交互逻辑有理解； 4. 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心与团队协作精神，能适应多任务协作环境； 需提供个人作品集，展示界面、交互或相关项目经验。
