Job Responsibilities

• Interface Design & User Experience

  • Craft beautiful, intuitive UIs that make complex data easy to explore, understand, and act upon—turning “data dread” into “data delight.”
  • Design and prototype user journeys and workflows, ensuring every click, tap, and swipe makes sense and feels good.
  • Champion a user-centered design approach, conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to ensure real user needs are met.

• Implementation & Development

  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Translate Figma designs into browser reality, ensuring pixel-perfect and production-ready outputs.
  • Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration between UI and APIs, handling large, dynamic datasets effectively.

• Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to iterate on features, squash bugs, and incorporate delightful micro-interactions.
  • Contribute to and maintain a reusable component library, ensuring design consistency across the platform.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends and web technologies, always seeking ways to enhance the user experience with smarter, faster, and more delightful solutions.
