Job Overview:

Auralis AI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into seamless digital experiences, ensuring optimal usability and a visually appealing design. This is a remote, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces in alignment with Auralis AI’s brand and objectives.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather and analyze user requirements.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
Develop front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Ensure design consistency through the creation and maintenance of a design system.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and front-end development skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Experience working with JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and creating user personas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with prototyping and collaboration tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation in UI/UX design.
