This is a unique opportunity to design at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and enterprise software, where usability and compliance are equally critical.
Responsibilities
• Translate user workflows and rough sketches into low-fidelity wireframes, and PRDs into high-fidelity mockups aligned with the design system.
• Design and maintain the TriClick interface, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability across modules (generation, review, compliance).
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma for internal testing and engineering handoff.
• Partner with engineers to ensure a smooth design-to-development process.
• Build and maintain a design system / style guide for the product team.
• Iterate rapidly based on user testing, client feedback, and demo learnings.
• Balance regulatory and compliance requirements with usability and design elegance.

Must-Have
• 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience (enterprise SaaS preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent prototyping tools).
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
• Proven skill in applying information hierarchy and visual clarity to UI design
• Experience conducting user testing and usability studies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice-to-Have
• Background in health tech, biotech, or life sciences design.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Experience with AI products, or familiarity with workflows such as prompt engineering and LLM interface design challenges
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
