We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer (3+ years) with a strong background in SaaS products. Experience with sales or CRM tools is a big plus. You’ll be responsible for designing user flows from prototype to final design, including onboarding screens, dashboards, and in-app experiences that make complex workflows simple and intuitive.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and dev teams to translate product goals into user-friendly interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final polished UI designs.
Improve onboarding flow and simplify UX for key features (scheduler, forms, dashboards, inbox, etc.).
Ensure design consistency with our brand and design system (Figma).
Conduct quick usability tests and propose improvements.

Requirements:

3+ years experience designing SaaS products.
Strong portfolio of web apps (not just landing pages).
Experience with sales-related or CRM products is a big advantage.
Proficient in Figma (components, prototyping, responsive layouts).
Ability to move fast, iterate based on feedback, and communicate clearly.

Bonus Points:

Experience designing for automation tools (Zapier, Make, CRM dashboards).
Understanding of B2B user journeys and onboarding optimization.
