We are building a brand-new application in the B2B domain and we are looking for a UI / UX Designer. You will be one of the first designers shaping a platform with no similar offerings.
This is a zero-to-one design challenge. You will take vague, domain-heavy problems and translate them into intuitive workflows, modern interfaces, and a cohesive product experience.
If you enjoy pioneering new interaction models, making sense of complex workflows, and having a strong voice in product strategy, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX and UI design for core modules of a new enterprise product—concept to production.
- Translate domain knowledge into usable flows and interfaces.
- Conduct discovery research with domain experts and organizational stakeholders.
- Map workflows to create thoughtful interaction models for them.
- Build wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and polished UI designs in Figma / V0.
- Establish and maintain the design system for the new product.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, domain specialists, and engineering.

Requirements
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products, ideally in B2B.
- A strong portfolio showing complex problem-solving, workflow design, and high-quality UI craft.
- Experience designing from scratch — not just incrementally improving existing products.
