Credibl is looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer to help craft intuitive and impactful ESG & climate-tech SaaS products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to transform complex workflows and regulatory requirements into simple, user-friendly product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product experiences
– from problem framing and user flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
- Create clear UX artefacts
– user journeys, IA, wireframes, interaction specs and clickable prototypes.
- Design usable, clean interfaces
for data-heavy B2B SaaS (dashboards, tables, filters, workflows, settings).
- Run lean UX research
– user interviews, quick usability tests, synthesise feedback into actionable changes.
- Contribute to & maintain the design system
– components, patterns, tokens, documentation.
- Write crisp UX copy
– labels, help text, tooltips, empty states, error messages and in-product walkthroughs.
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering
– participate in grooming, clarify requirements, and support delivery.
- Use AI tools in your workflow
– for ideation, visual exploration, UX writing support, and rapid prototyping.
- Partner with Customer Success / Sales
when needed to understand user pain-points and improve flows.
- Ensure quality at handoff
– detailed specs, edge cases, responsive behaviour and accessibility basics.
Must-Haves
- 2–5 years of experience in
UI/UX or Product Design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Design
(preferably Product / UX / Interaction Design) from a design school
- Strong portfolio of
B2B web or SaaS products
(dashboards, workflows, data-heavy UX, etc.)
- Comfortable working with and alongside
for design, copy, and rapid prototyping
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in
B2B SaaS
- Exposure to
Sustainability / ESG / Climate
domain
- Experience in
Service Design
and cross-journey mapping
Tools
- Primary:
Figma (core), Adobe XD, Adobe Suite, Figjam/Miro, Analytics Tools, Notion/Jira/Clickup, ChatGPT/Claude
Nice-to-have:
- Basic
coding / vibe-coding
exposure (e.g. Vercel, Lovable, Bolt, Figma AI plugins)
- Comfort with low-code / no-code and AI-assisted build tools
- Understanding of HTML/CSS constraints, responsiveness, grids
