💼 Employment Details & Location

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Vizianagaram / Vizag (Staff Bus Available)
• Joining Timeline: Quick joiners preferred ( Max 1 month notice period ).

🔹 Position: UAV Design Engineer (2 Openings)

We are seeking one engineer for each of the following core engineering tracks:

Track 1: Vehicle Configuration & CFD

Focus: Aerodynamic optimization, performance sizing, and flight stability.

• Sizing & Aerodynamics: Lead the conceptual layout, vehicle sizing, and aerodynamic optimization of our drone platforms.
• High-Fidelity CFD: Conduct advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations using industry-standard tools (ANSYS Fluent, Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM, etc.). Knowledge in Open-source tools would be desirable.
• Flight Dynamics: Develop and analyze aircraft stability and control models tailored for UAVs using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Validation: Optimize propulsion integration to maximize range/efficiency and validate simulation data with flight test telemetry.

Track 2: FEA & Composites

Focus: Lightweight, high-strength structural design and crashworthiness.

• Structural CAD Layout: Design UAV airframe structures from conceptual layout to detailed manufacturing drawings using CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.
• Composite Specialist: Deep skill in the design of composite materials (carbon fiber, laminates, sandwich panels) common in high-performance drones. Experience in pushing design for production desirable.
• Advanced FEA: Perform Finite Element Analysis for structural integrity, drop testing, and vibration using tools like ANSYS, Abaqus, or Nastran.
• Weight Optimization: Ensure structures meet strict aerospace weight targets, material limits, and safety margins.

🎓 Key Requirements (Both Roles)

• Degree: At least Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering (or a related aeronautical/mechanical discipline).
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on, proven experience working within the drone/UAV sector.
