About The Role
ARX Robotics is building the future of autonomous ground systems, and a strong financial core is critical to that mission. We’re seeking a Treasury Manager, to own and shape the company’s liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk strategy. Reporting to the Lead of FP&A, you will have a direct impact on our financial health in a fast-scaling defense technology environment.
This is a hands-on role where you will do more than just manage - you will build. You’ll be at the center of financial operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership, creating the treasury function that supports our ambitious growth.

What You Bring
A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in a treasury or corporate finance role where you’ve taken on significant responsibility.
A strong grasp of cash management, financial instruments, and banking products.
Proven experience with cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and modern treasury management tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
A structured, detail-oriented mindset combined with a practical, solution-focused approach to getting things done.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where you can adapt and take initiative.
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage.
An awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements, ideally within a defense or similarly regulated industry.
