To match the needs for deployment, maintenance, support and training, we are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer based in south Germany. As experts on our autonomous vehicle solutions, our Field Service Engineers are frequently travelling to our customer’s sites and help grow and scale our business with their skills and knowledge.
Mission
As part of the global Field Services team, you as a Field Service Engineer will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the fleet of vehicles in the EMEA region. You are TractEasy’s face to our customers, keeping our autonomous vehicles in operations and our customer satisfaction on highest levels. You will be leveraging your skills on-site, via remote support as well as with training programs to help our customers achieve operational excellence with our autonomous vehicle solutions. You therefore are a key part of TractEasy’s future success by driving the continuous improvement of our processes and best practices, based on the knowledge and experience you’ll gain – both on-the-ground and at our company headquarter in Berlin.
