Key Responsibilities

Build, assemble, and fit new progressive and deep drawn dies to tight tolerances

Diagnose tooling issues and carry out precise repairs or modifications

Operate conventional and CNC machines to manufacture and refurbish tooling

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and performance

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD data

Work closely with Engineers and production staff to improve tooling efficiency

Uphold high standards of safety, precision, and craftsmanship

Qualifications & Skills

Proven background as a Tool & Die Maker in metal stamping (progressive & deep draw)

Skilled in both conventional and CNC machining

Strong understanding of die function, faultfinding, and maintenance

Competent in blueprint reading, GD&T, and use of precision measuring tools

CAD/CAM knowledge beneficial

Detail-focused, proactive, and collaborative team player
