Role Description
We seek a Mechanical Engineer with thermal expertise to drive thermal management and cooling solutions for cutting-edge electronics. You will design innovative heat extraction elements, heat sinks, cold plates, and airflow systems, leveraging hands-on lab experience to prototype, test, and validate performance from concept to production. Core duties include modeling thermal components, executing experiments with thermocouples and sensors, analyzing data against simulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturability and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Thermo-Mechanical Engineer located in Emeryville/Oakland, CA.
