As a member of Silicon Solutions Team you will support the sophisticated thermal demands arising from chip bring up to productization. Your contribution to new thermal solutions is essential, so that as a company we can anticipate and enable revolutionary products. * Contribute to the development, validation and debugging of innovative cooling solutions to address the challenging needs of Silicon Solutions Team responsible to qualify very high power GPUs and SoCs. * Assist the development of single phase and 2 phase thermal solutions, including prototype. * Collect internal HW engineering requirements, work with board designers, propose and implement solutions. * Validate electro-mechanical and thermal devices in the lab on silicon chips, integrate with SW * Design mechanical and thermal accessories for existing and future infrastructure * Research and understand the trends in the thermal engineering world to influence thermal testing including cost, efficiency and ease of use * Work with the internal engineering teams addressing thermal issues during silicon validation * Work in the lab overseeing thermal setups providing hands-on guidance and implementation details * BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years experience in related streams with a strong thermal background * Strong understanding of thermal management principles and fluid dynamics * In-depth knowledge of sophisticated cooling solutions, high heat flux problems * Outstanding communication and program management skills * Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating and modifying 3D models of electronic components and cooling systems * Basic electrical and software knowledge, exposure to PCB and ICs Our team is at the forefront of innovation in silicon solutions, contributing to developing groundbreaking technologies.
