Job Description

The THEIA Business Owner drives THEIA’s market positioning, product evolution, and commercial rollout in close collaboration with the CPO and the CEO. As a member of the executive committee, they also contribute to SP3D’s overall strategic direction. The role includes shaping THEIA’s long-term vision and strategic priorities, building, maintaining and tracking the THEIA business plan, leading the go-to-market and commercial ramp-up and actively participating in SP3D’s leadership team and cross-functional decision-making.

• Generate and close new business opportunities with industrial clients, with an initial focus on Oil & Gas and process industries.
• Qualify, structure, and convert leads into pilots, proofs of value, and first commercial contracts.
• Build a strong pipeline and track opportunities through clear KPIs (pipeline value, conversion rate, cycle length).
• Identify and validate the most promising use cases, customer segments, and buying personas for THEIA.
• Collect structured feedback from prospects and customers to inform product positioning and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine the offer and improve adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with early customers, partners, and ecosystem players.
• Act as a market intelligence source by monitoring trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in a startup or scale-up environment
• Strong experience selling complex, innovative solutions to industrial customers
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate in a fast-growing scale-up environment
• Strong understanding of the European market and experience selling in the region
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 or industrial transformation
