Job Title: Testing Engineer

Duration: 3 Months (Contract)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Testing Engineer to support a process automation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing automation solutions to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency across business units (users), Finance, and automation activities. The role requires a strong techno-functional background with experience in data flow design, system integration, and process validation within the banking or technology domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of process automation solutions to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Collaborate with business units, Finance, and technical teams to validate end-to-end processes.
- Analyze data flow design from source systems to target data models to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Understand and test customer setup/structure (e.g., LOB – Line of Business) and system configurations.
- Identify defects, document findings, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Develop test cases, execute test scripts, and maintain test documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Testing Engineer, preferably in Banking, Technology, or Data Modeling environments.
- Strong understanding of techno-functional domains and process automation testing.
- Expertise in data flow design and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools or process automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, data validation techniques, and workflow automation testing.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
