About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Testing & QC Engineer to ensure the performance, reliability, and quality of our humanoid robotic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing robotic components, identifying defects, and maintaining quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform functional, mechanical, and electrical testing of robotic systems and sub-assemblies

● Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for robots and components

● Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with design and development teams for resolution ● Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and final products

● Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and safety guidelines

● Document test results, maintain reports, and track issues using proper logs

● Work closely with hardware, software, and production teams to improve product performance

● Perform stress, endurance, and reliability testing on robotic systems

● Assist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for testing and QC processes

● Monitor and ensure proper handling and usage of robotic equipment to avoid damage

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field

● 1-2 years of experience in testing, quality control, or validation (preferably in robotics, automation, or hardware products)

● Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

● Basic knowledge of sensors, actuators, and embedded systems

● Hands-on experience with testing tools, instruments, and measurement devices

● Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs

● Good problem-solving and analytical skills

● Attention to detail and commitment to quality

● Basic understanding of safety standards and quality practices Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

● Experience working with robots, automation systems, or IoT devices

● Familiarity with testing software or debugging tools

● Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO processes

● Exposure to programming languages (Python/C/C++) for basic testing or automation

● Experience with data logging and analysis
