Role Barcelona onsite / 3 days at office - 2 days at home
This role requires someone that not only understands and cares about quality, but can also develop the processes and infrastructure requires to validate and automate the quality gates, as well as design means of validating and verifying agentic AI-based products. We’ll rely on you to bring your technical acumen to help the team continue to deliver world class solutions.
In this role, you will be a Test Manager in an emerging product that leverages AI capabilities to author all the needed documentation in preparation for a clinical study. This role will be based in Barcelona, ES and you will be a part of our global product engineering team.
Our team is a high performing team in a fast-paced environment, and you will often be working with team members across multiple locations. You will be collaborating with cross functional teams – like design, product, and platform. You will be given requirements that you are expected to understand, and use them to thoroughly validate the product accordingly.
You will automate all non-exploratory tests, design tests for AI-based logic and its heuristic nature, and make sure a level of exploratory tests is done as a backup to the main quality gates.
You are expected to thoroughly understand the Software Development Lifecycle and best practices that should allow you to help your fellow teammates, delivering/deploying the product, and escalate appropriately to your lead. You will also be coordinating with different teams as needed for integrations.
As a Test Manager, you are expected to adhere to, but also improve, the process of quality validation and verification in a regulated clinical space. You will work with engineers to make sure a level of engineer-owned tests is created prior to end to end tests which Test engineers and managers will own.
As a Part Of This
We consider individuals in this role to be our top tier Test Managers. A top tier Test Manager is capable of working in multiple spaces and is likely to be the most experienced and skilled test engineer on the team to begin with. Learning new technology is part of that. However, you must have good technical skills to both automate tests as well as understand testing in an agentic AI product space.
Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent degree is preferred.
